Right to Cancel the Contract
You may cancel your contract declaration without providing a reason within one month in writing, e.g. in the form of a letter, a fax or an E-Mail or by returning the product, unless you have acted in your capacity as a commercial business or a business activity as a self-employed individual (orders by a business). The cancellation period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the product and detailed instruction in writing of your right to cancel the contract. Sending your cancellation statement of returning the product is sufficient to protect the two week deadline period. Please send your cancellation to:

Results of Cancellation
In case of an effective cancellation, the services and/or payments received by both parties must be returned and any benefits incurred (e.g., interest) are to be returned. If you cannot return received services back to us in whole or in part or only in poor condition, you may be required to make a replacement payment to us.

The right to cancellation does not apply for
* Goods which are made to customer specification (customized orders) or are not suitable for return on account of their features.
